Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your Solskinn Organics order, you can return your products within 30 days of when you placed the order to receive a refund. Note that shipping fees will not be refunded.
Return Criteria
We reserve the right to reject any return requests that do not meet the return criteria.
To be eligible for a return:
• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
• The product is damaged or faulty or you received the wrong item.
• The item was purchased online at our official store (solskinnorganics.com).
• You have the order confirmation of proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened products, sale items or gift cards.
United States Returns
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for associated return shipping costs and restocking fee.
Unfortunately pre-paid shipping labels cannot be provided for U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses.

Damaged, Faulty or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you're returning a defective/ wrong item (s), you can initiate a return using our returns portal by logging into your customer account for self-serve returns, or you contact one of our ambassadors at hello@solskinnorganics.com.
Eligible Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note, we charge a $3USD warehouse restocking fee for returned orders, customers are responsible for associated return shipping costs.
International Returns and Exchanges
Customers outside of the U.S will be responsible for organising their own return shipment, and are responsible for shipping costs and restocking fees.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Cancellations, Modifications and Address Changes
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order. Unfortunately, once orders are submitted and begin being processed by our warehouse they cannot be canceled or modified.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
